I want to like Lou, but there's a lot that is rubbing me the wrong way... Just a few:

1 - Remote viewing - OK, this is straight fantasy land stuff. But he claims that it is not only real, but that he has the talent to do it and has done it with others in order to scare a terrorist. This alone calls for him to demonstrate this supernatural ability or else his credibility with everything else is highly compromised.

2 - UAP videos that we've seen already (Tic Tac, Go Fast, Gimbal) - almost no new info here. These encounters are and should be the core of the book, but we get almost nothing. You're almost better off just listening to the pilots and crew themselves describe what they saw.

3 - The "5 observables" - One of these is literally "low observability." This doesn't strike anyone else as right on the nose, like they're laughing in our faces with disinfo?

4 - One tech to explain the 5 observables.... this is straight conjecture, treated as fact. "The space/time warp bubble will be round, and the most efficient use of that space will be round, like a ball - but a ball will roll around on the ground like a basketball and that's super annoying when not in flight, so what if you squashed it a little - boom - a saucer.... a flying saucer!!!" (paraphrased)

5 - Motives - He sits in traffic ruminating on the notion that aliens are in those UAP, they are observing us as a way of prepping the battlefield - and all those other rubes on the highway are pitiful and simple and in the dark. Not Lou, though - he had a meeting that was like a "college lecture" in a SCIF with a few other people that study the same thing he does. He later goes on to say that the logic of his conclusion is "unassailable."

Am I alone here? Is anyone else not buying this? Should I power through to the end or will I just get more and more annoyed and disheartened?

This past week in Disclosure:

Aug 20 – Harald Malmgren asserts he was informally briefed on "otherworld technologies" by CIA's Richard Bissel

Harald Malmgren, a former advisor to Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon and Ford as well as many global leaders, took to X to share an interesting tidbit related to UAP disclosure:

"60+ years ago I was provided highest level classifications to lead DOD work on nuclear weapons&anti-missile defense. Informally briefed on "otherworld technologies" by CIA's Richard Bissel (who had been in charge of Skunkworks, Area 51, Los Alamos, etc.) but sworn to secrecy."

Aug 22 – head of Indian Space Research Organization voices his personal opinion that he has"no doubt our planet is visited by ETs"

Dr. S. Somanath, the Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and a prominent figure in India's space program, appeared on a podcast and voiced a notably direct (personal) opinion he holds with regards to the existence of Non-Human Intelligence:

Podcaster: But do you think our planet is visited by extraterrestrials?

ISRO Chairman: Absolutely, no doubt about it. My conscience says yes, though I don’t have proof. As the Chairperson of ISRO, I’m telling you this. It stems from my earlier statement—there are definitely aliens out there in the universe. Aliens mean living systems and cultures in other parts of the universe. If they are ahead in technology by even just a thousand years, or 10,000 years, they would have definitely visited us.

Aug 23 – Lue Elizondo appears on the Joe Rogan Experience, and sits down for a lengthy interview with Ross Coulthart on NewsNation

Lue Elizondo sat down for a variety of interviews and podcasts over the past few days, most notably (at least in terms of length/depth of conversation) he appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience, and a NewsNation interview with Ross Coulthart.

Amongst other things, he reiterated (in no uncertain terms) claims very similar to those brought forth by David Grusch during his 2023 Congressional testimony.

Essentially – a Non-Human Intelligence presence (of as yet undetermined specific origin) exists on Earth, and elements within the USG have long been aware of this reality and have co-ordinated a longstanding covert UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program.

Aug 25 – Former head of NOAA and Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet corroborates Lue Elizondo's reference to a highly unusual USO incident

Retired Read Admiral Gallaudet took to LinkedIn to corroborate one of the claims Lue Elizondo made about an Unidentified Submerged Object incident that was detected by Navy equities:

"One of the most astonishing observations by my fellow UAP research & disclosure advocate Lou Elizondo is at 44:00 - 45:30 in his recent interview on The Joe Rogan Experience where he describes 'a high-resolution video of a USO (unidentified submerged object, or undersea UFO) going by an offshore oil derrick in the water with the speed of 450-500 knots. The USO was bigger than the oil derrick.' For my ocean science and technology colleagues, if this sounds too fantastic to be true, I can confirm it from other credible sources, and both the USS Maury and USCG Bittersweet had similar encounters in the Pacific and Atlantic at the end of WWII."

Things to look out for in the near future:

August/September

  • According to Senator Gillibrand – a public hearing in line with AARO's latest report can be expected soon, saying –"I’m hoping July, and if not then September. But I’m trying to do July.”
  • Speaking with Askapol, Reps. Luna and Burchett indicated that the next UAP hearing is likely to come after the August recess

Beyond/currently unknown

  • Following the UAP hearing on the 26th of July, Members of Congress have called for a select committee with subpoena authority, to “go about the task of collecting information from the Pentagon and elsewhere” on unidentified flying objects. There have been conflicting messages from various Members of Congress on whether this is likely to happen anytime soon. Note – a select subcommittee was formally requested on March 13th.
  • Reps. Moskowitz, Luna, and Burchett have repeatedly stated their intent to hold field hearings to overcome stonewalling from the Pentagon and military establishment "I think we [Congress] should try to get into one of these places [housing UAP evidence]...and if they won't let us in I think we should have a field hearing right outside the building...and the military will have to explain why that is." – Rep. Moskowitz (D) It is currently unknown when exactly we might expect that to occur, however as of Jan 12 – Rep. Luna confirmed: "I feel confident that we have enough evidence to move forward with our first field hearing. We will be announcing details soon."
  • Several journalists have indicated that first-hand witnesses of the alleged UAP legacy programs are in the process of providing testimony/evidence to the relevant authorities (e.g. the IC IG) and/or are on the verge of making public statements in the near future (Example 1example 2example 3example 4)
  • David Grusch has received additional clearances through DOPSR to discuss some of his (alleged) first-hand knowledge of Legacy programs. He has mentioned he may be covering more of this information in an upcoming Op-Ed

Skimmed through this post but need a quick refresher on how we got to this point? Check out this handy Disclosure Timeline to get up to speed.

Original Title: There could be an alien species so smart they don't have to be taught anything, no schools or education. They have such high intellect and are so intuative that they just all figure out and build whatever they are able too.

What do you think.

One fascinating idea that transcends all species, whether human or alien, is the concept of consciousness. While we might differ in physical form, technology, or culture, there's a strong possibility that consciousness is a common thread that links all sentient beings across the universe.

Consciousness, in its essence, is the experience of being aware, the sense of "I am." It gives the ability to perceive, think, and be self-aware. Whether you're a human on Earth or a being from another galaxy, if you possess consciousness, you're navigating reality through the lens of your awareness.

Imagine an alien species with vastly different biology, communication methods, or even dimensions of existence. Despite these differences, if they possess consciousness, they experience life in a way that's fundamentally similar to us: through their subjective awareness. This shared experience of being conscious could serve as the bridge between vastly different forms of life, allowing for empathy, understanding, and even cooperation.

This doesn't mean that our consciousnesses would be identical—far from it. The content of what we perceive, think, and feel could vary widely depending on our environments, cultures, and senses. But the underlying fact that we all experience something is a powerful commonality.

In this light, consciousness could be viewed as the universe's way of experiencing itself through countless perspectives. Every conscious being, human or alien, is a unique expression of this universal phenomenon, contributing to the richness of the cosmos.

So, whether we're alone in the universe or not, the existence of consciousness is a profound reminder that we are part of something much larger, something that might be shared with beings far beyond our imagination.

Original Title: Virtual Experience of the First Kind (VE-1): UAP associated contact event involving “illusions” possibly a holographic like visual display(type 1a)or one created by targeting witnesses’ visual neural pathways (type 1b).Serious

I describe two examples of a VE-1 drawn from Dr. Puharich’s book on Uri Geller.

UFO researchers and Contact Experiencers please note the following: The Virtual Experience Model doesn’t assert that all Close Encounters are “virtual” i.e., non-physical. Encounters are likely caused by both virtual (consciousness based) and physical mechanisms that may be very difficult to tell apart given the awesome psi capability of UFO Intelligences.

Finally listened to Lue on JRE and man what a letdown. Despite my heavy interest in the topic and active lurking in this sub and others I have for whatever reason kind of avoided Lue Elizondo. That being said I came into this pod kinda blind.

The guy literally said nothing for 2 hours. Told a couple UAP stories and that’s it. Joe didn’t press him on anything. I normally love the JRE pods featuring Corbell, Knapp and others. This one did nothing for me. What’s the consensus on Elizondo in this sub as well as thoughts on the pod?

Rescuers' Astonishing Encounter with Time-Traveling Entities!

September 25, 2005, City of Sumaré, in the State of São Paulo, Brazil. The chief nurse of a rescue service and an ambulance driver were assigned to respond to a call about a serious accident on the highway.

Upon arriving at the scene, they spotted lights in a small woods near the road, which they initially believed to be the headlights of the crashed vehicle. However, as they got closer, they were surprised to see a spacecraft, a type of metallic sphere that was wrecked, with two humanoids inside it. According to the rescuer, they were about 1.60m tall and "looked like the extraterrestrials from television," "having a body similar to humans, with heads slightly larger than ours." One of them was already dead, with visible injuries and fractures, while the other had lighter injuries, was alive, and awake. The being then began to communicate; he spoke in a language that the rescue team could not understand, and a device he possessed translated it into Portuguese.

The rescuer reports: “In the desperation of the situation, I think what he wanted to convey to me is that they were human beings just like us. Because we are used to treating human beings and human anatomy. It’s an unusual thing, different; how would I understand that? And then he conveyed to me that he was a human being just like us. An evolution of human beings. He breathed the same way, had a heart, everything like a human being, and it was supposed to receive the same treatment. And then we took both humanoids, even the dead one with fractures, and the other alive, and we began the treatment.” “He was bleeding, had a heartbeat. We treated the fracture with a product they had, a gel that crystallized, coagulated the wound.” “[A product that] I had never seen before; it was a product you applied to the area, and it crystallized the wound, coagulated the blood, stopped the bleeding. Something that doesn’t exist in our treatment today. An instantaneous thing.”

“He provided treatment that is unusual, new within the procedure, which I think is worth researching. We warm up a person’s body when they go into shock, and he asked to cool his body with that product.” “In other words, it goes completely against what medicine teaches today in the area of pre-hospital care.”

“In fact, what he conveyed is that they travel through time. They are a process of our evolution, meaning that human beings will reach this stage of evolution, in this form of theirs. Do you understand? So today, when I see ufologists say ‘Oh! They came from another planet,’ I immediately disbelieve it.”

“[He conveyed] that they come to collect genetic material to work on and correct certain problems they will have in the future. So, they are time travelers and are not actually extraterrestrials as many people claim.”

“They do not make contact to avoid influencing historical events that occur because they could, let’s suppose, talk about what happened in the future and misalign... Someone might say: ‘let’s do such and such’ which [was not] the natural process that should have been happening. That’s why they do not have contact with human beings.”

The contact lasted less than 10 minutes, and the team was instructed to remove them from the location and take them to the university Unicamp. According to the rescuer, halfway through the journey, they were approached by military personnel from the army. The beings were extracted from the ambulance and placed into military vehicles. Afterwards, the two rescuers returned to their support base. Subsequently, a meeting was held at the company where they were asked to maintain complete confidentiality, as discussing the matter could jeopardize their lives. The two were said to have been removed from their duties by order of government-related authorities.

The rescuer was interviewed by a TV station. He chose not to reveal his name to the public but allowed himself to be partially filmed and took the film crew to the location where the crash supposedly occurred. The journalists confirmed that the man is an award-winning rescuer but respected his request to keep his name confidential.

When we think of aliens it's like we are thinking of ourselves hundreds or thousands of years in the future. They would essentially be gods to us technology wise, especially in areas of propulsion and computers. Something I would assume advanced knowledge is needed if they are traveling immense distances to reach us.

However, do you think we have very specific needs that led us to innovate in areas that an alien species would not have to? If so, what would be an example? Obviously there are no right or wrong answers, just a fun thought experiment.
