Seems like they made a switch to overall subscription plans that recur every year. I’ve also had issues with my total return suddenly changing, so I feel like somewhere in my transactions there were things that didn’t have as much of a gain/loss that suddenly were recalculated to have a larger amount of gain/loss. Also, just noticed that MATIC and ATOM are not appearing in my assets. Anyone else having weird issues? Maybe they’re going through some updates with the site that’s messing some things up?

Is it just a case of selecting “bank transfer” when I choose a buyer and slapping in my account number and sort code? I don’t have any of the other methods mentioned like monzo or Lloyds, but I don’t see why I can’t just ask the buyer to do me a transfer into my Barclays account, how would Barclays even know the transfer is related to Binance?

However all the articles I’ve read have people in turmoil over their Barclays accounts being frozen for various reasons. I honestly don’t know what to do?

Will Barclays see the transfer as a normal friend giving me some money (under 2k) or will it sniff out the transfer as a Binance situation and cause chaos?

Disclaimer! If I've gotten incorrect information then it means what I'm posting is wrong. So over the next couple days more concrete information could come out and completely invalidate this post.

However, right now it is being stated that there were roughly $1.4b total inflow into the ETFs, or roughly 34,000+ Bitcoin being purchased from last week. I've seen some people mix up numbers on GBTC affecting this, but these are the numbers I'm working with.

If true, this means .1667% of all Bitcoin ever was just purchased. AND, this would make up 1.85% of all available Bitcoin on exchanges(1.9mil BTC or roughly $75.5bil). So in the first 2 days nearly 1/50th of available Bitcoin was bought up.

Bullish! Shove that hopium in my face!

More sobering though, Coinbase and other exchanges certainly can have 'more secret wallets' of holdings that could drastically change this number of available BTC. And, it is likely the purchases into the ETFs will slow down and have a lull for weeks or months.

But the implication is that in roughly 120 days, only weeks after the halving, we might have a supply crunch on Bitcoin as available BTC dries up. Price will need to increase to counter this.

Really keen on following the numbers with these ETFs. Delayed finalizing purchases, and OTC purchases, won't affect price much at all, but the supply drying up definitely will. Next 3 months will be exciting!

Back around 2010, I used the original Bitcoin faucet (where you put in a captcha and received 5 bitcoins) multiple times, as at the time I was a dumb college kid looking to collect Bitcoin to eventually buy illicit substances on the dark web. Because of said illicit substances, I don’t exactly have the clearest memory of what I did with the bitcoins. I vaguely remember saving a code of words into my yahoo inbox, but unfortunately everything from that inbox has been deleted at this point. I believe I may have a safe with the same code somewhere in storage at my parents house.

As I am far from an expert in crypto, I was wondering if anybody had any idea of what the best way of trying to recover this Bitcoin is? I still have the laptop that I used, however at this point it is in need of repairs and it is difficult to search as a number of the keyboard keys no longer work. Were there any exchanges around 2010 that would be worth checking, or is it much more likely that I saved them locally in a wallet on the laptop!”? I’ve considered trying to get the laptop repaired so I can search further, but am not sure if it’s a lost cause. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas on possible places to look it would be greatly appreciated!

I’m guessing at this point I’m SOL, but given the value that it would have at this point I figured it was at least worth posing a question.

I get people want to rotate out of GBTC into the ETF, but GDLC "Digital Large Cap Fund" (67% BTC, 25% ETH, 3% SOL, 2.5% XRP, 1.5% ADA, 1% ADA) is trading at a 50% discount and still dumping? It's the only way to get ETH and SOL into a standard portfolio, seems like a bargain? Wondering if I should buy more or is wise to get out if it's reacting negatively to the ETF approval? ETH ETF is a lot more complex with staking and ICO so it's not a sure thing for April at all, but should get approval eventually. This was an interesting interview about ETF impact, ETH starts at 29:00.

Just getting back into using crypto since last year and was wondering if people still converted to XLM to move around cheap and quick or what the new meta was?

I’ve even found it cheaper to buy XLM and send to my cold storage and then convert it to BTC rather than sending BTC straight from exchanges.

What’s y’all’s go to exchanges to buy or sell when you actually need to use your crypto via your bank account?

Appreciate anyone willing to educate and knock the dust off my knowledge bank 🤙🏻

Currently using strike to buy/stack fyi
