This show is currently ongoing with 14 episodes aired so far on Netflix. It perfectly scratches that fantasy/adventure itch with a healthy dose of silly; like it is a group of friends playing D&D together. As the story goes the tone shifts to become more serious and full of mystery.

If you ever wondered to yourself how the ecosystem of a fantasy dungeon might work, then this is the show for you. I debated posting other clips from this show that dive into the ecology of different monsters (mimic, living armor, man-eating plants, etc.), but felt like I should keep my clip to earlier in the series and leave those as surprises.

I have been having a lot of fun with the series so far, and we have been having regular discussion threads over in [email protected].

Been a while since I could post one of these! As Kabru's party has now been fully introduced, I'll be posting their character sheets.

I might also post some additional World Guide content that I left out from the chapters of the main party due to the pages containing spoilers.

You'll still have to wait for Marcilles and Falins chapters, tho. Despite them being early chapters, 2 and 6 respectively, both mention things that would be substantial spoilers.

AH! A new OP and ED! I like both of them, though this OP isn't much darker than the last despite the plot taking a turn towards more depressing developments. And so many characters being shown off! We meet some in this episode, too.

Our first fully off-main-cast episode. We follow Kabru's party with them being revived where our main quartet left them, by the Tansu party, no less!

They dawdle a bit, then it's time for more new charachters. We finally meet Shuro! And who are all these girls following him around?

This one seems especially unhappy to be there, too.

Remember not to spoil anything if you’re a manga reader, but feel free to elaborate on tidbits of lore that may not be coming through in the adaptation.
