I don’t know when it will come out, but I’m already dreaming of preparing 1,000 of the same maps, exactly the ones I want, with the content I want, and I’ll run them until they run out — and then I’ll do the same again.

Unless I never see 3.26 at all.

A system where lower numbers signify higher quality is intuitively understood, allowing players to quickly assess item value without confusion. The current backwards tiering system creates unnecessary complexity, requiring tedious research to determine possible roll values, which detracts from the gameplay experience. If reverting is off the table, at least standardize the highest tier across all mods to ensure clarity and consistency

From feedback I've been reading, I would assume it's safe to say the majority of the playerbase feel similarly

Edit: From /r/Akaxjenkins "current tier/max tier is the best for both worlds"

This is the third option I should have mentioned. More clarity is needed. During the interview, it was mentioned to display the top tier only, which also does not provide the player with enough information on their item

This is going to be one of those "here's a problem, but I don't know the solution" issues. When dying in a map, we are forced to run the same map again, but the second time there's no content in it. On top of the other penalties like losing loot, league mechanics, and exp, being forced to run a useless map feels like an unnecessary punishment. Nobody wants to run that map when there's a juiced map right behind it.

I don't know what the solution to this is since simply making failed maps passable on the atlas would allow people to just zoom through the atlas to find citadels. Maybe something like "3 fails per day are passable" or something like that would be nice. Maybe this will just feel less bad after 0.1.1 fixes empty maps being terrible.

Having a quick glance, most important parts seem to be that people addresses could have been leaked + it could allow 'hacker' to gain access to more accounts than he changed password to potentially.

"With every expansion added to the game, we have been increasing the complexity of running maps. It's at the point now where a player must repeatedly execute a large sequence of steps to run maps efficiently. It can be easy to forget critical steps, and it can be tiring to repeat them."

This is a direct quote from the 3.24 Necropolis patch notes, when GGG removed sextants and replaced them with a buffed up Atlas and scarabs.

Here are the "basic" steps for juicing in PoE 2.

  1. Run a random number of maps based on Atlas layout until you get to a collection of towers that are close to each other.
  2. Either farm or buy precursor tablets for the content you would like to run, as well as other precursor tablets to work along side the content tablets.
  3. Apply the tablets to the towers
  4. Run a random number of maps based on both Atlas layout and tower precursor RNG to get to the juiced nodes and finally run the content you want

With the announcement of additional tower layouts coming, it seems that GGG has fully embraced the current system of juicing....and I have to wonder why? Less than a year ago they removed a "tiring" system, just to put an even more tiring one back in.

Please reconsider this entire tower system. Scarabs and the currency exchange might have been the most enjoyable form of content ever, we don't want to go back to the stone ages.
