It's not making sense that each shot cost me 241 mana, and I invested in mana on kill and got 171 mana on kill and clarity and whatever I can but I can't sustain the mana cost

I wanted to take a break from poe until poe2 receives some new classes so I decided to get 40/40 on settlers before the break. I was only missing 3 ubers and I had a sanctum runner around.

I started playing on delve, played betrayal and legion but didn't went too far in any of them. Came back for Settlers and it was the first league I actually went pretty far so I'm pretty happy to get 40/40.

The ubers I did were: Cortex, Exarch, Eater, Shaper.(The easiest ones I guess)

My defensive layers were all the portals available. No evasion, ES or Suppress. The flasks exist just to cap my resistances and Life flask is just to not kill myself with RF.

The point of unscalable attack time was to force slow skills to have a place in the game. In a vacuum, it makes plenty of thematic sense for two-handed mace skills to be slow, because two-handed maces are heavy. However, it makes zero sense for a character with very high Strength to be just as slow to use such heavy weaponry as a character with low Strength. Thematically, a generic Ranger or Witch should find a two-handed mace to be heavy and have difficulty wielding it; a generic Warrior should not, a character with Giant's Blood should certainly not, and a (successful) Strength-stacking character should especially not. In practice, this all tracks: Rangers and Witches start further away from most of the Strength on the tree than Warriors, and characters who are either stacking Strength or just using Giant's Blood are the most eligible to use these skills. Therefore, thematically, Strength should lower the unscalable attack time associated with "heavy" skills such as Sunder. Other major thematic elements could lower it as well, like Warrior/Marauder Ascendancies, relevant Keystones/Notables on the tree, and certain Unique items.

Never played much of poe 1. I've been playing sooo much of PoE 2 that I got a little burned out. I decided to hop over to PoE 1 in the mean time. I feel like PoE 2 familiarized me enough that now PoE1 just feels like an extremely satisfying and polished version of the game. I've been having a blast and haven't logged back into PoE2 recently lol.

Original Title: [UNCONFIRMED] so apperantly hackers says that they bought admin panel from some old poe empoyee. Panel looks legit, but who knows may be thats just a rumors. Any real employee can confirm that this is how panel looks like?
