As the title states, I feel like a few years ago most triple A titles were meant to be played at native resolution and ran accordingly. Nowadays, every single game that comes out DEMANDS people to use DLSS or FSR to achieve playable framerates. Playing these games on native resolutions is next to impossible even with top of the line hardware. DLSS is a great feature and an amazing option to have but it should be just that, an option. Relying on these technologies as a crutch to mask horrible performance and forcing people to play games at a lower visual fidelity is just heinous and unfortunately seems to be the standard now. I'm mostly ranting about the new Stalker 2 game. The game itself is amazing and looks amazing don't get me wrong but it runs like absolute shit with DLSS on on a 14700k / 4070 ti. My hardware is not top of the line by any means but I feel like I should atleast have the option of playing it natively on low? Although this game was made me write this post, this sort of performance inflation is common in almost all triple A games nowadays.

Somehow I keep getting blue screens and the pc restarts and works for a while.

I just cant seem to find the problem.

I have updated the drivers of the MB and GPU.

log tells me:

(red) The server [x] did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

(yellow) Intel(R) Ethernet Controller I226-V, Network link is disconnected.

(red) Cannot create the process for package ASUSAmbientHAL* because an error was encountered while configuring runtime. [FinishPackageActivation]

(red) The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort1

(red) Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation. BugCheckProgress was: 0x00040049

and a whole bunch more that to me is mumbojumbo.

My build:

ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI

SAPHIRE 7900 XTX

AMD 7600X3D

CORASIR 1000W (2024)

CORSAIR AIO: ELITE i100

CPU takes 2 Aio takes 1 7900xtx takes 3. Corsair 1000 comes with 4 cables.

What do I do here?
