Resist: It's Time

We are still in this together, but "this" is going to be real different in the very near future. This demands a different kind of "we."
The French Resistance during Nazi occupation played important roles delivering downed Allied airmen back to safety, supplying military intelligence, and acts of sabotage.
The Underground Railroad is estimated to have brought 100,000 freedom seekers to safety between 1810 and 1850.
It's time.

COME PREPARED:

TAKE THE STREETS, STAY TOGETHER:
The streets are our voice. Pigs will work to split us apart, force us onto the sidewalk, kettle us, and snatch people. Stay tight so they can't grab stragglers, regroup if we get divided, and take as many lanes as possible.

QUICK AT THE CORNERS:
Pigs use intersections to split the march and push us onto the sidewalk. Move fast to get ahead of their lines, flow around or push through them to stay in the street.

If someone is arrested, don't linger too long or pigs will kettle the march. Free the comrade, or else get their name and birthdate for jail support and keep it moving.

BARRICADE THE BACK:
Drag objects into the street behind the march, to break up vehicles or lines of cops following us. These light blockades will also slow traffic and help shut it down.

WITH AND AGAINST TRAFFIC:
We march with traffic in order to keep the march together, and against traffic when we need to lose vehicles or lines of cops that are tailing us.

DIVERSITY OF TACTICS:
Everyone is free to support the cause as they see fit. We don't police each other's actions, or snitch on each other to pigs or the media. At the same time, we take care not to endanger others with our actions.

Not everyone can, or needs to, be on the front lines and in the trenches shooting CEOs and blowing up pipelines, there are many other ways to help and organise which are essential not only to the resistance, but as building blocks for a better future

Anyone familiar with the history of black churches, or churches under Fascism, know there is potential for great good but also a risk of the church being burned, raided, bombed, or leaders being rounded up.
Whether you are a theist or atheist, consider finding a community that can gather and organize in large groups and become a regular contributing member.

I'm assuming this post was made by an American, and laws might vary where you are, but the point remains the same in every country: the cops are there to serve the state, not you, and they will not hesitate for a second to lie to you and pretend to be on your side to get what they need.
Don't trust them, don't believe them, don't confide in them, don't make their job of oppressing the working class easier.
