Yeah. The ethos is basically "AI will solve everything, so if we just solve AI, we can ignore everything else. AI will even solve the issues with AI, so we shouldn't waste any time solving them first."
So basically religion (faith) + AI...
I can't imagine how this could turn out bad.
I dont really understand why they shouldnt be able to believe that. They are people with their own interests and ideals. Why does that make them bad?
It makes them ignorant and irresponsible.
Thats pretty standard human behavior
