Looked at the subreddit and apparently they have a support group for those who lost their Soulmate AI companions.
On a separate note, this is why you should probably rely on multiple LLMs and use an opensource frontend like SillyTavern or oobabooga's text gen webui. Though that does require some technical expertise and the perception that your AI companion is more of a program than a persona.
