thanks for keeping the doors open on this Lemmy instance. I think the social media wonkery is going to increase so i'm glad this lifeboat still floats!

You're welcome. I know the GME communities here across lemmy-verse are pretty dead currently, but they're here as backup if needed. Spread the word (but discreetly -- one risks a perma-ban for even mentioning the word 'lemmy' or perhaps 'fediverse' over there).

The mods may have since softened their stance, but best not to risk it.

I've taken to DMing individual posters on the stonk sub if they are asking about alternative channels to tell them about lemmy.
