MODERATORS
Rice, beans (canned or dried - dried lasts "forever" basically), canned or tinned meats or dried meats. Most hot sauces (Louisiana). Pasta. Pasta with 'tinned' sauces. etc.
Chili sin carne with dried vegan 'minced meat'.
Or just do a three bean chili and skip the meat.
We've been making salads lately out of canned fish and canned beans to use them up! Usually just add some onion and dried parsley ๐
