Looks like it might be raining all next weekend. I was used to Toronto always being somewhat sunny, but these days with the forest fire smoke or rain, it feels like there's a lot more time indoors. Any good ideas for weekend activities when it rains... besides the obvious (ie.movies or malls)?
Honestly don't know how obvious these are but here are is my meager contribution: Read the newspaper in a coffee shop. Go for a walk in the rain. I enjoy the Don Valley ravines or the various boardwalks along the lakeshore when raining.
I also think a rainy weekend is a perfect excuse to disconnect from phones. Being profoundly bored can bring a lot of creativity into your life
