Dubba's third and fourth term.

It's kinda ironic, I don't know whether this reflects how the guy actually thought about his presidency, but when he was in office there was a lot of chatter about the kind of "legacy" his administration would have. I'm fairly certain now that he's gonna be one of those overlooked presidents, seen as a caretaker-administration to all the shit started by GW Bush and a preamble to a lot of what Trump has ran wild with.

Maybe the history books also mention he passed a healthcare bill inspired by the Heritage Foundation and insurance lobbyists.

Cursed to look into the great mysteries of existence with a mind high tuned for pattern recognition and projecting familiar narratives.

Is that something beyond our current understanding? No, no, it's just a familiar desktop environment. But fuck you if you project a name and a face into the unknown. That's backwards and primitive!

You got a source that it was him? Legal process still isn't over, no verdict to point to yet.

I'd highly recommend going down to your local library and seeing if they have any microfilm copies of the local paper. It's kinda fun just scrolling through the years and seeing what people felt was important enough to put to print. A lot of smaller towns used to publish interpersonal gossip. (The Harringtons of 5th Avenue entertained a Mr. Somensuch last Wednesday night.)

yep absolutely no hand-harvested crops, just unheard of, nobody makes any money farming those

It's agriculture, there's always profit.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Brandt_(farmer)

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Brandt experimented with different combinations and species of cover crops, such as radishes and sunflowers, to improve crop yield and improve soil quality. As a result of these cover crops, Brandt was able to cut back on commercial nitrogen additives, which also saved money. Additionally, Brandt saw less mold and blight and fewer insects among his crops, to the point that he was able to reduce or stop using fungicide, herbicide, and insecticide on parts of the farm.

I mean, they're everyone's largest trading partner. You'd expect a planned economy to under perform the evolutionary pressures of a market. The first time. But the second? Or the third? What about command economy that learns from what didn't work in the past?

If every country is a mixed economy, then they're just the far end of the spectrum. More command than market, at least compared to most other places.

Fair point, probably not the best term to use. In the video, Clinton uses "command economy" to describe them, and singles them out as member of the WTO that isn't a market economy.

"Let's just get this over with."

A story about a girl named Aika who, you guessed it, doesn’t want to be a magical girl! She’s fallen out of love with her work over time but gets the job done regardless. Will she be able to reignite her passion with the help of her magical sidekick, Hoshi and her new best friend Zira? Or will those pesky evildoers, Eclipse and Lady DeVoid continue to keep her down? Who knows!!!

This project started off as me wanting to just make a new portfolio piece but turned into something much more with the help of my friends. Hope you enjoy~
