Same as every other money minded entity, if they speak out they'll be shouted down or destroyed. Ethics don't matter, number go up.

Parental love and approval. I've learned to live without it, but there's a hole there certainly.
There's a fantastic mod called sekiro: resurrection that solves this. The bosses have a ton of new moves, there's entirely new bosses, YOU get new moves, it's nuts. It's also quite difficult, perhaps a touch too much at times.

Hell yeah dude, keep it up. I feel like the hardest part of this game is not burning your brain out and pacing yourself, get that down and you should be golden.
It can be difficult to get your head around first time. If you're taking advanced processing, making three output pipes parallel to the factories and outputting using large amounts of underground pipes helps a lot.

That's from disco elysium. It's a fantastic game, you should play it. Don't give the studio any money though, they forced out the original devs and are sitting on the IP that they didn't create. It's kind of fucked.
