You could always make a community here around it :)

Howdy everyone. As this community begins to get more members, I'm looking for anyone with experience with RSS capable of auto-posting from other sites (RFD, r/bapcsalescanada, etc.) so that deals can be posted frequently on here (and while they are still on). From my understanding, I can for example, use: "https://www.reddit.com/r/bapcsalescanada/.rss" to get the rss feed for r/bapcsalescanada, but I am not sure on how to get it to post in this community.

Additionally, if there is something equivalent to the specs bot that is capable of posting the specs of ssds, or BapcsBotCanada that posts similar deals that have been posted recently.

Thanks for the heads up! I guess I meant using an RSS feed from somewhere else, like RFD, or the actual BAPC subreddit so it auto posts here in my community.

Honestly, I'm okay with that, in fact encourage it. I need to figure out how to do that myself.

True, I just literally copied and pasted it from r/bapcsalescanada

This is an amazing idea! I hope this space can be a place for people to get help :)

Amazing how low prices keep getting! Keep in mind this is a gen 3 drive, but still excellent and nothing to complain about

Welcome to BAPC Sales Canada! (self.bapcsalescanada)

This is just a community meant for migrators of Reddit to come on over. I have no idea how to mod and get things going, but it would be cool if someone with some knowledge could set up an RSS-Feed or something to get some automated deals posted!

Meanwhile, Canada's housing supply is running thin!

My adblocker keeps tabs of how many trackers it blocked and Reddit was always the highest culprit of trackers. This doesn't surprise me, but I do not have/use facebook, snapchat, tiktok or instagram to compare it to.

Personally, I would consider someone to be active if they log in/post a few times a week. But then if they don't log in for a month, should they be considered inactive? I'm not sure how each instance measures this, and I'm sure it varies from instance to instance.

I take good care of my chargers, and I have never had a single one break. I really only plug my device in before bed.

Set a realistic threat level that meets your balance of privacy/convienience and stick to it. I know it is easier said than done, but once you start to get used to it, then you can think about making slight adjustments to better your privacy here and there. If you try to go full privacy right off the bat, you are going to get frustrated.

Start with changing 1-2 things at a time and go from there. Perhaps just change your browser/settings and your email. Adjust from there after a few months
