She obviously knew about Amon; after all the Overmind designed Queen of Blades specifically to fight against him. After BW she also probably figured out Duran/Narud was in cahoots with Amon, since most of what she does in WoL is trying to stop Duran from collecting all the artifacts. But did she knew about the Hybrid?

As far as I'm aware, it doesn't seem like she ever crossed one before invading the Skygeirr Platform? It's also likely I completely forgot about something very important

• Armory now says it unlocks “Hellbats” instead of “Hellbat”.
• Armory now says it unlocks “Thors” instead of “Thor”.
• Factory no longer says it unlocks Cyclones.
• Tech Lab(Factory) now says it also unlocks Cyclones.
• Tech Lab(Factory) now says it unlocks “Thors at the Armory” instead of “Thor at the Armory”.
• Build Tech Lab(Factory) now says it unlocks “Thors at the Armory” instead of “Thor at the Armory”.
• Advanced Ballistics upgrade button tooltip description on the Liberator is now working properly.
• Removed “(Unknown)” button below the Build Hellion button.
• Cyclone now correctly gets +2 damage per attack upgrade instead of +1 damage per attack upgrade.
• Lock On Auto Cast no longer can target Dead, Invulnerable, Hidden, Missile, Stasis, and Self.
• Anti-Armor Missile now has a singular damage radius of 2.88.
• Warhound armor now gets upgraded by Vehicle and Ship Plating upgrades.
• Nexus now says it unlocks “Motherships” instead of “Mothership”.
• Removed the duplicate “Nexus – Energy Recharge” from the Nexus abilities.
• Nexus description now includes it has the Energy Recharge ability.
• Energy Recharge can now be used on Gateway units that are warping in.
• Energy Recharge now instantly restores 100 energy in a single click instead of doing a single click that restores 25 energy followed by 3 quick bursts of 25 energy.
• Oracle Revelation now has 9 range again.
• Oracle “Pulsar Beam” No Deceleration has been disabled.
• Oracle “Pulsar Beam” movement has been changed from Slowing to Moving.
• Mothership cloaking behavior duration increased from 0.125 to 0.126.
• Mothership "Purifier Beam Dummy Target Fire" now correctly has a Period of 2.21 like "Purifier Beam" instead of a Period of 1.00
• Assimilator(Rich) shield armor now gets upgraded by Shield upgrades.
• Voidray build time reduced from 43.2 to 43.
• Broodlord “Broodling Escort” range increased from 9 to 10.
• Broodlord "Broodlord - Hanger" leash range increased from 9 to 10.
• Adaptive Talons upgrade description no longer mentions the upgrade increasing movement speed.
• Mothership "Purifier Beam" now has the correct Minimum Scan Range of 7.5 instead of 7.
• Mothership "Purifier Beam Dummy Target Fire" now has the correct Minimum Scan Range of 7.5 instead of 7.
• Tempest “Kinetic Overload” now has the correct Minimal Scan Range of 13.5 instead of 5.
