Basically Ubisoft hasn't being acquired because Guillemot brothers want to maintain control of the company:

For now, the negotiation halt seems to be a strategy both sides are playing. Tencent will continue to snap up shares and raise its stake. At the same time, the Guillemot brothers will want to wait until late February to early March to reignite negotiations, as Ubisoft is set to release the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed Shadows onMarch. An Assassin’s Creed Shadows failure gives Tencent more opportunities to increase its stake at a lower share value. Conversely, a successful launch gives the Guillemot brothers more negotiating power to head into further talks.

• Ubisoft wants to release AC:Shadows in the best shape possible, this would benefit the Guillemot brothers in case of an acquisition.
• Project U budget already exploded past the $100M mark.
• XDefiant was losing several million dollars in development costs alone, and Ubisoft couldnt pay it.

New leaks originating from Chinese forum Chiphell. The forum admin posted a thread warning users to not rush into buying RTX 50 generation cards along with mysterious message stating that "sky has changed".

Time Extension reached out to a number of past and present employees of Next Level Games regarding Imran Khan's recent report that the Punch-Out!! series was on ice because the Wii entry sparked controversy over its use of stereotypes across its cast of characters. While it was noted that they had some difficulty in figuring out how to portray the characters during development to avoid problems, none of the developers could recall any controversy beyond the Sailor Moon manga panels easter egg that landed Nintendo in a bit of hot water. Additionally, the developers indicated that there weren't any immediate plans to continue the series following the Wii game, but that if there was a gameplay hook that could justify a new Punch-Out!!, then it wouldn't be kept from seeing the light of day just because of the stereotypical portrayals of its characters. Does sound like a new game isn't in the works now, given that current NLG staff were contacted for the article, but Khan's report does not appear to be representative of the actual status of Punch-Out!!.

Original Title: Genki told IGN that the the Switch 2 can physically fit in the original Switch's dock, but it has indentations to prevent it from being used with the original dock. Also, rumors among accessory manufacturers point to the C-button being used for a camera

The Genki representative stated that the new console looks like it can physically fit in an old Nintendo Switch dock, but certain indentations prevent it from actually being usable in the dock itself. Additionally, while current Joy-Cons won't physically attach to the sides of the new Switch, the Genki spokesperson said the company is "assuming" they will still work as wireless controllers, stating that other accessories manufacturers are banking on that capability.

Thought this was just interesting to post, as there always seems to be some new Minecraft Leaker. The things he specifically teased was that it would be a Spring Update, referred to it as “Chill,” a yellow & black square set of emojis, and a pig emoji.

The Pig thing was referring to our new pig variants, and the date was obviously correct. As for the yellow & black squares, I’m still not certain what this represents. This update also brought wildflowers being craft-able into dye, which is represented by a yellow & black sunflower emoji, so that could be it.

This source has also name dropped and leaked other things from 2023’s update including the Bogged, the Trial Chambers, and whilst they didn’t NameDrop it, they revealed the Breezes to be similar to Blaze’s.

Just thought it would be interesting to post as this guy now seems very credible when it comes to Minecraft leaks
