One of the best advice I got during my therapy sessions is that:"Just because a thought occurred in your head doesn't mean that you have to accept it as truth. Our minds are well-known for making stuff up."
There is a certain level of arrogance with introverts in that they assume a lot of things about people without first engaging with them. I speak as one myself
Pattern recognition is very much in our DNA, it takes a lot of effort to put aside your own instincts.
Yeah but the patterns that some of us train on might just be noise validated by our own biases
