Is the hyper-restricted camera movement in "photo mode" part of the intended game experience? Cuz it's clear with mods that there's no technical reason for it.

I thought that was pretty weird. The camera pan range should be double to triple what they are.

Thankfully there are options on PC, either debug camera (requires free mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy7rebirth/mods/4?tab=posts) or unreal 4 unlocker (locked behind otis_inf's patreon)
