I doubt it. I don't see how any muggle pharmaceuticals could affect external events in the same way does Felix Felicis in the books.
Was it actually definitively established that it affects the external world as opposed to making the ingester "feel lucky" and put themselves out there with the feeling of confidence that they can get what they seek?
