I own two pairs. If you care for them a bit they are quite sturdy and there are lots of models that can be sent in to be repaired.

I've got one pair of them that I wear regularly. I bought it back in 2021. I had shoes from other brands that I had to replace every year.

Mein Problem sind immer die Sohlen. Nach einem Jahr sind die durch. Positiv Beispiel sind meine Lionts of Holland, die halten jetzt schon über 10 Jahre, ok, nicht täglich getragen.

You can normally have a cobbler replace the soles of shoes.

Better to do this before the rubber soles are worn completly through, easier work to replace the soles for the cobbler equals less cost for you
