Quick thoughts:
Just be mindful of XMP profile RAM on AM5 motherboards. That specific kit doesn't have explicit compatibility listed on the ASRock website . That doesn't mean it won't work, but it's something to be mindful of.
Also, the regular Thermalright Assassin would be plenty enough cooling for that processor if you wanted to save a little money, but the Phantom Spirit is a phenomenal cooler!
That's fair, yeah. I am currently running a different PVV kit on an AM5 processor, with the same XMP configuration (6000MHz, 30-40-40-76 timing), but I will concede that it's not a pre-qualified compatible certainty.
