I think, first thing we need to make sure is, that poor Putin didn't do anything wrong.
And afterwards we can put all the blame on the guy, who doesn't wear a suit, because that's obviously the most important thing!!
Biden is on blame list by Trump for everything, but avoids harping on him for Ukraine war. Zelensky joining on blaming him, could score some brownie points. But its hard for him to claim innocence in Biden manipulation.

I got, that Trump blames Biden (and I personally add: somehow still Obama, because it seems a brown president still hurts some white supremacy feelings) for everything.
