The response from the free speech crowd has been mixed to nakedly cowardly. PEN America and the ACLU have issued statements and filed lawsuits on behalf of the deported activists. But high-profile “free speech” advocates such as Bari Weiss, Jonathan Haidt, David Brooks, David Frum, John McWhorter, and Malcolm Gladwell have either remained silent or championed the arrests. A review of the signatories of the now-infamous 2020 Harper’s Letter shows that of those who could issue statements (those who are still alive and not retired from public life), only 24 percent who put their name on the letter defending “Open Debate” have come out in opposition to Trump’s war on campus free speech. Some, like Harvard’s Steven Pinker, have aggressively spoken out about Trump’s withdrawing of funding from higher education, but have been notably quiet on the kidnapping of international students for the supposed crime of political speech.

They aren’t “dissidents” they have active terrorist ties to Hamas and committed crimes while on a visa. This would get anyone deported. Personally, I don’t want people in this country who hate it and want me to die. I feel like this shouldn’t even be an issue.

Don't bother with this clown 🤡. He's either full of shit or genuinely mentally challenged(I really can't think of a nicer way to put this, read those comments). Scroll his comment history for his views on CNN, NYT and WSJ. Guy is living in 2016 😂

Actually, I’m kind of on board with @[email protected]. Except I’ve heard @[email protected] has ties to the Proud Boys and committed crimes and should also get sent to a prison in El Salvador. This would get anyone deported. Personally, I don’t want people in this country who hate it and want me to die. I feel like this shouldn’t even be an issue.

As a matter of fact, let’s keep it going but let’s pivot away from immigrants and foreigners here on visas. Instead we can just find the people like @[email protected] who are cheering this on, round them up and go dump them in the ocean to float around with the rest of the garbage that’s already there. Then we can free up space for some people to come to the US who aren’t ignorant, racist trash.

Yea let’s advocate for the people who think the answer to being gay is pushing those people off of buildings. Let’s let the people you want in so they can force a theocracy where women are second class citizens and have to wear burkas

Your initial comment was so weird I thought it a good idea to see if you're a bot. Which worked out great. You aren't worth a legitimate argument with citations, you're just a common *chan incel I can warn others about and ignore like every does to you IRL.
