Is this just not on jerboa, or not on Lemmy? There is a section for messages to you.

FYI don't use Lemmy DMs to discuss anything sensitive. It is not a secure chat. This is why we have the option to put Matrix contact info on our profiles

matrix is integrated into the lemmy messaging system tho, so it should be safe.. i think
