People who truly care about others and do everything they can to better the world at great personal cost.
To be fair, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has spent billions on efforts like eradicating Polio, as well as improving sanitation in some parts of the world.
That is valid and was the only reason I was hesitant to post with Bill there.
