I suppose it's some kind of phrase or slogan you can add then.
Right, like, for example, someone might want to make it say "front page of the internet".

In my experience people are far more willing to "correct" my terrible plan than to present one of their own. It can also be a fun threat: "We are going to do this incredibly stupid thing unless someone has a better idea"
