Why do we need a loan? What happened to PMCares fund? What happened to the other dozens of funds? Not to mention, Wtf happened to the GST that was collected from the states? Statue? Ram Mandir? That still doesn't account for the rest of it?

Edit: Also, Why the hell was income tax deducted last month if the govt. is gonna get a loan anyway?

India hasn't asked for loan. Japan offered it voluntarily.

That's not how it works usually. It's good if this the case, but there has to be a benefit to Japan..
