An abandoned community for the Philippines and all things Filipino! ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Started out as a Reddit alternative during the blackout from Jun 12-21, 2023 with over 1k members in just a few days. Fizzled faster than the "I Didn't Do It" kid after a month until it became the internet's Centralia in less than a year.

Hello. Tax-related question.,

Currently working 2 jobs. Isang local and isang independent contractor (aus-based). Yung local ko eh binabayaran yung lahat ng government mandated benefits (?) and sila na rin naghahandle ng taxes ko while yung Independent Contractor e hindi.

I've been employed sa local for 1.5 years (38k/month) while kakastart ko lang sa Independent Contractor (60k/month).

Gusto ko sana mag car-loan in the near future para makabili ng dream car ko and I don't think na papayag ang banks kung makikita nila sa ITR ko eh yung work ko lang sa local.

Can anyone point me to an article/guide kung papaano ko babayaran yung taxes ko? I'm really confused kasi since hinahandle na ng local employer ko yung taxes ko ๐Ÿ˜ฐ
