Who owns it ?

It's owned by the municipality. SC Braga is the principal tenant of the stadium and pays a token monthly rent of €500.

Well, they do also pay upwards of 750k a year in upkeep and other expenses related to the stadium

They also keep all the money generated from it, even when they changed the name to an insurance company.
