Can we get a list of instances that are being defederated from? (feddit.ch)

Hey I know shitjustworks and lemmy.world are being defederated from beehaw but can we get an official list that gets updated when there are other instances that are being defederated?
It would help navigate the fediverse a lot.

Edit: You can ass /instances to the end of any instance to find out which other instances are linked or blocked.
