He's been bad, but part of this is probably people inside the Patriots organization unable to accept that the average quarterback is not Tom Brady and can't fix everything himself. Might be time to reexamine other aspects of the organization as well.
"They've been sold this smart, efficient, game-managing quarterback and they're not getting it."
That's on the organization...
This is exactly right.
You can get away with having a mediocre roster when you have the GOAT at QB.
Not to mention Brady was taking pay cut year after year.
