So the premier league follows up an incompetent refereeing display with an “independent panel” that’s rigged to back up the incompetent refereeing, in an attempt to placate fans. This is just offensive to me as a fan, legitimately not sure if I can keep watching this trash.

Every major decision is reviewed by the panel since last season. It's the clubs who created it for their own benefit.
