Locked the original as it doesn't belong in the Agora. @[email protected]

So I've been browsing lemmy and this instance for a couple weeks using the jerboa app for Android and thought I'd try another app to see if I liked it better. However I can't find lemmy or sh.itjust.works in my password manager, or anything in my email. So I using my Brower I went to reset my password and the password reset button is greyed out. What do?

edit This might (probably?) be the wrong place to post this. My apologies if so, I'm still fairly unfamiliar with how lemmy works.

My work around is this: Password manager. This may not be what you had in mind but it’s saved my butt time after time. PM save lives…and accounts.
