Has anyone cut out the lining of the track that shorts and speed up shorts? I’ve been wanting to cut them out for a while because they give me weird lines but I’m scared to cut into them. If anyone has a specific way they do it I would love to know

Turn them inside out and make sure you split the fabric apart with your fingers while you make your way through. Do small sections at a time.

does the upper part where it was attached itch at all after it’s been cut? Like where the stitching for the liner is

Doesn’t itch or bother me since I wear a thong that blocks the cuts.
