I'm trying to find subscribe "Russia" community but can't 😕 Are they blocked?

It's possible they have defederated kbin and self-isolated.

russia.lemmy.ml might have defederated from other instances if you can't see it.

Communities can defederate separatly? Anyway, there is at list 13 communities with word "russia" in title, but I can't find them

Yes, each instance can defederate if they want. Think of instances like countries, they can work together, or do their own thing.

For this reason, you might need another account on instances that have decided to separate from others.
