Like I don’t see that but give me any wall, rug or random patterns and I’ll spot faces at every corner.

Pareidolia is the tendency to see faces in random patterns. Our brains are just kind of wired to recognize facial patterns. It doesn't mean you have schizophrenia, necessarily.

Yes, your fully right. But the amount that you see faces is like a spectrum (some see them more than others).
