Rich. I'd actively turn down famous if it was offered.
Why would I want to be famous if I'm not even going to rich in exchange for that. Rich without having to be famous is the way to go.

Rich. Being famous seems horrible honestly.
Getting either one of the two can pretty much guarantee to get the other one. A more reasonable question is more like would you rather __ or being healthy?
What if I already am? I need options whether I want to be poor and unknown!
