Good luck to them trying to hit gold twice. One Piece felt like a miracle of an adaptation that should not have worked, but did so well.

I liked it a lot. But they were also really smart about what they wanna show and what not. For MHA, i have honestly little faith. There is always so much going on, so many odd quirks that would be rather weird in life action. They have to change a lot or be really creative to have a mouse as a superintendent.
Yeah I guess will have to wait and see how it turns out.
Not the person you asked, but I watched it, then went back to watch the anime again, and it just feels so much better. While I think they did a good job of adapting it, I think some things just work better when animated. All of the crazy moves and characters just don't translate well to live action.
I feel like it'll be the same if not worse for mha. There are a lot of stylistic choices that I just don't think will carry over well (I mean look what marvel had to do to all the superhero costumes to make them feel more "right")
Tbf that might be decent, I haven’t had the chance to watch it yet. Heard mixed reviews but do plan to watch it.
Will somebody please make the live actions stop.
