If they provide a company laptop/PC, then I see no problem, as it is not different that working on the company's PC in the office. If they want to install trackers on my personal devices however, then I'm quitting the job.

Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.
Some Rules
- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience
- Be nice :)

The world really is a dystopia. I'm going to start learning programming. Then when I move out of the house I'm buying a thinkpad. I'll live homeless and contribute to open source projects. Then if I still haven't died by the time the thinkpad breaks I'll kill myself cause I won't have any money to repair it. That's my life plan.
please don't kill yourself for a thinkpad, ping me in 20 year when' yours break and I'll get you a new one.
