Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.
Some Rules
- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience
- Be nice :)

Really good presentation! I feel alien when I talk about privacy with most people!
Only weird thing was recommendations at the end, especially browser suggestion. Only Brave was suggested as alternative to Chrome, and didn't even mention Firefox??? Also Brave is Chromium based, so it kind of agrees with whatever WEB standard Google is trying to push...
Just finished watching this, can't believe so much of the younger generation are okay with no privacy. I suppose they have been conditioned for it with social media encouraging them to plaster their faces, locations and thoughts everywhere, scary stuff.
Its convenience , people will hand out any data for the sake of convenience. Just look at how many people in the US buy iPhones.

Without accountability it's moot but it's not like it's possible with the current technological advancements & as always they create a hierarchy about fucking everything.
