Their probably are and I would not be surprised if their are aliens that look like furries.
Though seeing how human evolution went and showing one species as the dominant species, I imagine the same would be true on any world with Anthros. Their could be a whole galaxy filled with systems that have planets filled with anthro species that are either at, or above our own technological level.

The logical part of me wants to say "Perhaps, but there would be no evolutionary advantage to emulating a species on a planet primarily inhabited by animals that cant stop trying to blow each other up."
But the furry part of me really really really hopes there is.
Evolutionary its very likely they have fur, if they evolve in an earth-like environment. That humans barely got fur is an evolutionary side-road which few of our ape-brothers took. Fur is useful in a lot of environments.
Likely they would have four limbs as thats the minimum to stand steady, if they got our gravity. Also likely jointed legs to be able to take falls or move fast. And a way to manipulate tools or they would never have evolved an intelligence enough to be considered anything more than animals (by human standards).
It's certainly not impossible. Although that said, space is truly something bigger than we can really comprehend. Older too. Even if they're out there, they might need another billion years to properly evolve, or just be unreasonably far away.
TLDR: Time to fund FTL travel.
