I'm glad it's now a criminal investigation. It seems like someone has willfully done something that has put lots of people at risk. Kids playgrounds a large part of that.

We should have a think of the children Simpson reference played in court.

They've been scraping demolition scraps for mulch. They knew it was risky and put in tests for lead and asbestos. But without strict controls so when a tests fails.. just try again!
