I recently came across Mortals and Portals and was instantly hooked. I just caught up to where they are (save for today's new episode), and it's left me with a bit of gap.

So, what else is good? I'm currently also caught up with Rotgrind and Rotgoon, which have been really good, and are better demonstrations of PF2 game systems.

So, what's good? What's everybody ~~stealing ideas from~~ listening to?

The Glass Cannon Podcast is fantastic if you like a lot of banter and jokes. You will figure out quickly if you like their humor or not.

The session 0 episode is a lot slower so if it bores you I would skip ahead to session 1

Find the Path Podcast is easily the best IMO. Their Mummies Mask playthrough has been done since last year I think, and they started War for the Crown since then. They also launched another podcast stream where they play Hell's Rebels converted to 2e. I pay for their Patreon to get access to their Tyrants Grasp playthrough as well and that's been maybe the best actual play I've ever listened to.

I've listened to probably 500+ hours of Find the Path.

Tabletop Gold is the one I've listened to the most. It's been going on for years now. The GM, Lars, puts in a ton of work for high production quality. The whole group has a terrific dynamic. It's an actual play of AV though, so if you're concerned about spoilers maybe avoid it.
