New to lemmy! Should I block the user, community, or instance in order to never see a QR code with no context again?

I think you should do all 3 just to be extra thorough.
In this case the community. 196 is just a community where you have to post something before you leave with no rules (written anyway; you can't just say whatever fucked up thing you want) beyond that.
