I've been getting into City Pop recently and have been loving Anri, Kokubu Yurie, Sudo Kaoru, Matsumoto Iyo etc. So far it's been really great!! I'm also a reall big fan of soul music, particularly in 50s-80s America. So I'm wondering, are there any Japanese Soul musicians similar to the likes of Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, and Aretha Franklin? Thank you :)))
