EDIT: Someone else brought this up in the comments, but in this leak’s favor, despite the beef Amazon USA and Nintendo seem to have, Amazon UK and Nintendo are still on very good standing, as you can still pre-order games from there. So this wouldn’t be a case of Amazon not knowing, as there’s no reason to suggest they wouldn’t. The reason I say this is due to the listing coming from Amazon UK, not Amazon USA
