Couple years back in traffic I thought I was behind two Camrys of the same color before I realized one of the cars had lexus badges.
I just need one that works.
Toyota has a reputation for being barebones because they only implement things once they’re sure it’s going to last. You don’t see the fancy new tech, because they aren’t convinced that the new tech will last 10+ years into the future. Yes, their interiors are bare, but that’s because every single system in them has been tried and tested for a long time.

At the same time, there’s no excuse for a 2023 Camry to not have a seat memory button
No Lexus is ever gonna become a technical for some Syrian militia though.
They both just work.
