I imagine it's probably gonna end up with the exact same problem as the PS5. Scalpers buying up every single unit imaginable and selling it at a ridiculous mark-up. Scalpers know people will be willing to pay since it's Sintendo and there's almost no way to stop them.

The way you stop a bad guy with a scalping knife is a good guy with a gun! Wait, I mean a good scalper. Let's all team up to buy as many as possible and sell them online in some equitable way for retail price.

Maybe a lottery. Having your name pulled means you get to buy one at full price. Nintendo and retailers could do this themselves, but they won't.
