Something silly has been occupying my mind whenever I buy herbs. Whenever I watch cooking videos people always seem to have perfect crispy bundles of herbs, how do they manage that?

Whenever I buy herbs, I have to spend 10-15 minutes washing and sorting them. They come quite dirty from the store with half a bundle wilted/rotten. By the time I sort them out and dry in salad spinner they look alright, but obviously not a perfect bundle, just a bunch of herbs.

Do some bougie stores in their countries sell perfectly sorted and washed herbs? Do they not wash their herbs so they don't look unappealing on video? Do they spend time to wash, sort and perfectly arrange them in a bundle before shooting videos?
